Securing Your Post-Grad Job:

One of the many ways we help our students ease into their careers is through our externship program. While enrolled, you’ll have the opportunity to do hands-on work with our established partners. These externships create amazing opportunities to make connections with potential employers. Hawaii Medical College works with over 200 healthcare employers in the state. Some of these employers aim to hire a certain percentage of graduates through externships.  For example, Queens Health System currently hires about 80% of their Hawaii Medical College externs.

Alumni Support:

As an alumni, HMC continues to support you in your career goals. One opportunity we offer is to join our ever-growing Alumni Association. The purpose of the Hawaii Medical College Alumni Association is to assist, engage, support, and inspire each other to build strong bonds and foster lifelong connections between HMC and its graduates. By being part of this network, alumni can share and apply for opportunities across the healthcare system.
