As Hawai‘i’s long standing locally owned and operated healthcare career college, our goal has always been to serve the community’s needs and fill gaps when it comes to healthcare professionals. That’s why we’re excited to share that we’ve accelerated our Pharmacy Technician program from 10 months and 250 clinical hours, to 8-9 months and 100 clinical hours! 

If you’re eager to step into the healthcare industry, our Pharmacy Technician program is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to thrive in various professional settings even faster. Possible workplaces include retail pharmacies, hospitals, home healthcare environments, mail-order services, and the pharmaceutical wholesale industry.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists with providing medications and healthcare products to patients. Your responsibilities will include receiving and verifying prescriptions, as well as preparing patient medications. With certification, your expertise will be recognized, enhancing your credibility and career prospects.

Our program offers a streamlined path to gaining practical experience. In your program you will immerse yourself in a dynamic pharmacy setting, learning hands-on from experienced professionals. A key component of our curriculum is a 100-hour clinical rotation externship, where you will apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Upon completing the program, you will be well-prepared to take the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) exam, administered by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). This certification will validate your skills and open doors to a fulfilling career in the healthcare industry.
